XL6009 400KHz 4A Switch Current Boost Module
Module performance and features:
The XTW6009 is a high performance boost ( BOOST ) module with 4A switching current . The module uses the second-generation high-frequency switching technology of the XL6009E1 as the core chip, which far exceeds the performance of the first-generation LM2577 . The XL6009 boost module is less expensive and performs better, and the LM2577 module is about to be phased out.
● Super wide input voltage 3V~32V ( the boosting work is normal under 5V , but the digital tube does not work) , the optimal working voltage range is 5~32V ;
● Super wide boost output voltage 5V~35V ;
● Built-in 4A high efficiency MOSFET switch tube, the efficiency is up to 94% ; ( LM2577 current is only 3A )
● Ultra-high switching frequency 400KHz , can achieve very good results with a small capacity filter capacitor, smaller ripple, smaller size. ( LM2577 frequency is only 50KHz )

Onboard voltmeter self-calibration method:
1. When the on-board voltmeter displays the output voltage, press and hold the right button for 2 seconds to release, the voltmeter and the output voltage indicator “ OUT ” flash synchronously. At this time, the output voltage adjustment mode is entered; similarly, the voltmeter displays When inputting the voltage, long press the right button for 2 seconds and then release, the voltmeter and the input voltage indicator “ IN ” flash synchronously, then enter the input voltage adjustment mode;
2. Tap the right button to increase the voltage by one unit. Tap the left button to lower the voltage by one unit. Since the voltage of one unit is less than 0.1V , you need to press 1-5 times to see the voltmeter. Changed by 0.1V , the specific continuous button press depends on the currently displayed voltage value, the higher the current display voltage, the fewer the number of presses;
3. After the voltage adjustment is completed, press and hold the right button for 2 seconds and then release. At this point, the voltage calibration mode can be exited, and all parameter settings are automatically powered down.
Note: This adjustment method allows you to obtain accurate voltage values over the entire voltage range with only one calibration. This function is designed to meet your higher accuracy requirements. Please feel free to use it.
